is only available for tickets issued on or after 7/21/2017 that meet at least one of the
following additional criteria:
There is a balance due for payment on the ticket or the case (a traffic case refers to multiple tickets issued on the same traffic stop)
There has been some activity on the ticket within three (3) months prior to the current date. Activity includes, but is not limited
to, the following: court date or court appearance; entry of a court order; payment (full or partial); and/or filing a motion
The ticket is scheduled for a court date in the future
If you cannot find your case or if you have a question, please call Traffic (312) 603-2000 for tickets issued within the City of Chicago, or call the
Suburban District in which the ticket is pending.
