For the most part the suburban districts hear similar types of cases heard in the First Municipal District. All pleadings and filings for all divisions will be accepted in
all Suburban Districts. Please note that only certain Law Division cases are heard in the suburban districts. Contact the Law Division or your local suburban courthouse for more information regarding suburban Law
Division filing procedures. Suburban District hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They are located as follows: |
