General Contact Information
This page provides general contact information for the Clerk of the Circuit Court. We have also provided limited contact information for other government entities and local courts. This contact information is provided in addition to information provided in our Links page.

Circuit Court Rules and Orders
The Office of the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County maintains a website which presents the Rules and General Orders of the Circuit Court of Cook County, which govern the structure and processes of the Circuit Court. This section also includes selected General Administrative Rules and Orders of the court. General Administrative Rules and Orders, which are issued by the Chief Judge, typically address routine administrative issues of the court.

Year 2005 Calendar
Clerk Dorothy Brown is pleased to announce that the year 2005 calendar is now available for review and/or downloading on the website. The calendar includes all official court holidays as well as the other days of interest and significance included on the official calendar. Records Maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
This page contains a master list of every type of record maintained by our office. It is organized by Circuit Court divisions. It provides general information about the records kept by each division.

Filing Fees
This is a PDF Document that requires Adobe Acrobat. This form includes civil filing fees. Fees in the Probate Division may differ (Probate Fee Schedule). Please contact the division in which you are filing to check that you have accounted for all applicable fees.
