The first task you want to do is to complete and have the
Master Agreement signed by your
agency head and send it back to us as
cmsuseraccess@cookcountycourt.com.
Next have all of the users that will need to access the system watch the different videos listed
under the Online Training Webinars and download the training guide.
For each of your users, have them sign the
CCC Portal
Elevated Access User Agreement, save a copy for your files and scan them because you will need to send them with your request
for access.
For each set of requests, i.e., an initial request for new users, you will provide a completed
Request
Form for CCC Portal Login Access form and an
User Management Tool -
Data Access for CCCPortal MS Excel spreadsheet. In the spreadsheet you will list all of your users you are making this request for,
indicate using the drop-down which additional access they should be GRANTED,
and then in the Action column select that these are a new user. When you send a request for
modification to existing access or deactivation you will select one of the other options.
