Clerk Dorothy Brown Keynotes Nigerian Women Empowerment and Leadership Conference Luncheon

(CHICAGO)  -- The Honorable Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, was recently the keynote speaker at the Nigerian Women Empowerment and Leadership Conference Luncheon hosted by the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the National Council of Women’s Societies of Nigeria (NCWS), the National Council of Women’s Societies in Diaspora (NCWSD), the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in DC and the State of Illinois Office of Trade & Investment.

The conference brought together over 150 Nigerian women, visiting dignitaries, civil and business leaders, in an effort to promote business and trade relations between the United States and Nigerian women’s leadership, in addition to discussing partnership and cooperation among the two countries.
