The Clerk of the Circuit Court now offers on-line access to cases in the Civil, Law, Chancery, Probate and Domestic Relations. The on-line access enables users to search for case information in several ways. The Electronic Case Docket Search allows users to view the full electronic docket or record of case activity, which was previously only available in the courthouses on the Clerk's Public Access Terminals. By using this service, the user agrees and understands that he or she is bound by the on-line access to court records Terms of Agreement.
Please read the Terms of Agreement before proceeding .
The Case Snapshots offer a brief summary, which includes information about the parties (up to 3), attorneys who have appeared in the case, the case type, the filing date, the ad damnum (amount of damages sought), the division and district, and the most current court date including room or calendar and time. The Snapshots are searchable by litigant name, case number, or most current court date. Due to space limitations, the Case Snapshot database includes cases that are either pending or have had activity in the last six months.
