Please note that as of August 13, 2019, all vacant positions in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County are posted on this website and online at https://cookcountyil.taleo.net/careersection/100/jobsearch.ftl?lang=en. Applications to those positions must be submitted online via Cook County’s Taleo website. In order to submit an application online, you will need a computer with access to the internet, and you will also need to provide your e-mail address. If you do not have access to a computer, you may visit any public library. The online application process is available only through the use of a computer and cannot be completed using a cellular phone or tablet.
The Personnel Services Department receives your application and screens all applicants accordingly. After the time frame for which applications will be accepted has ended, our HR representative/staff will contact applicants who best meet the qualifications for the position. Due to the volume of applicants, you will only be contacted if you are selected to advance in the hiring process.
