The Cook County Circuit Court observes a legal holiday schedule as set by the Office of the Chief Judge.
Special Orders for Legal Holiday Schedule
With the exception of the Pretrial Division (bond court) and the Juvenile Justice Division, which convene every day of the year, the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, shall adjourn, and the office of the circuit clerk shall be closed on all legal holidays.
