If you have been arrested by the Chicago Police Department, you must have a copy of the Chicago RAP sheet to receive legal assistance. RAP sheets are available from the Chicago Police Department’s Access and Review Division at 3510 South Michigan Ave 312-745-5118. Access and Review is open from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday and the cost is $16.00.
