Fee Waiver Hearing Instructions

If you filed a fee waiver application, you are required to go to court for a hearing on or before 14 calendar days from the date of filing the Fee Waiver. The location as well as available days and time for you to appear are listed below. If you fail to appear in court for the hearing on your Fee Waiver, the court may dismiss your claim or strike your appearance. Please note, if your Fee Waiver is denied, payment must be made.
