Clerk Mariyana T. Spyropoulos’ Office Secures Committee Passage of Will Depository Legislation
The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, led by Clerk Mariyana T. Spyropoulos, yesterday secured the passage of Senate Bill 3291 out of the Senate Judiciary Committee, marking a major step forward for legislation spearheaded by Clerk Spyropoulos’ Office to establish a statewide, optional, county-level will depository system in Illinois.
