Spyropoulos, yesterday secured the passage of Senate Bill 3291 out of the Senate Judiciary Committee, marking a major step forward for legislation spearheaded by Clerk Spyropoulos’ Office to establish a statewide, optional, county-level will depository system in Illinois.
