Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County Mariyana T. Spyropoulos today announced that SB3291, legislation establishing a statewide, county-level will depository system, has passed both chambers of the Illinois General Assembly and now heads to Governor JB Pritzker for consideration. SB3291, sponsored by Sen. Bill Cunningham and Rep. Lilian Jiménez, passed the Illinois Senate with a vote of 55-0-0 last month.
